Acrylic – 2k Glossy Clear Coat
Description
2K Polyurethane glossy varnish contains the best level of acrylic resin & special additives to give high gloss and hardness. It is specialized interior and exterior wood finishes.

Application Method
Surface should be clean and free of dust grease and oil.
New wood surfaces must be sealed first by using grit sandpaper number 320 to obtain a smooth surface.
Old varnish surfaces must be sanded using grit sand paper number 1000 before applying
polyurethane varnish.
Mixing ratio:
Polyurethane Varnish Hardener Polyurethane thinner
100 50 15
Apply using spray gun nozzle: 1.5 – 1.8 mm.
Apply two coats with flash off – 5 minutes.
Drying Time
Drying Time Surface Dry Complete Dry
At Temperature 25co 2 hrs. 8 hrs.
