Polyester White Sealer
Description
Polyester White sealer manufactured from the best levels of UPR and fillers. It is designed for furniture and interior woodwork. It prepares wood surfaces and provides high build surfaces to be top coated with all general finishes top coat especially polyurethane top coats.
Advantages
Excellent filling power – preparing high build surfaces with good leveling – high sanding properties.
Application Method
Surface must be clean, dry and free of dust, grease or oils.
Highly recommended to use polyurethane insulator prior to applying polyester sealer.
Mixing ratio:

Mix polyester sealer with accelerator first then add catalyst and thinner.
It is very explosive to mix accelerator and catalyst together.
Pot life is 15 minutes.
Apply using spray gun nozzle: 1.8 – 2.5 mm
Sand using sandpaper no.220 or no. 320 for smooth surface
