Description
2K Polyurethane glossy varnish contains the best level of acrylic resin & special additives to give high gloss and hardness. It is specialized for furniture, floors, cabinets and interior wood finishes.
Advantages
High gloss and gloss retention – high abrasion resistance – chemical and mechanical
resistance – fast drying.
Application Method
Surface should be clean and free of dust grease and oil.
New wood surfaces must be sealed first by using grit sandpaper number 320 to obtain a smooth
surface.
Old varnish surfaces must be sanded using grit sand paper number 1000 before applying
polyurethane varnish.
Mixing ratio:
Polyurethane Varnish Hardener Polyurethane thinner
100 50 15
Apply using spray gun nozzle: 1.5 – 1.8 mm.
Apply two coats with flash off – 5 minutes.
Drying Time
Drying Time Surface Dry Complete Dry
At Temperature 25co 2 hrs. 8 hrs.
Coverage Rate
(6 – 8) m2/kg
Shelf Life
Two years from production date if stored in original package at 25Co.

Keep out of reach of children. Don’t use the empty can in food uses.
