Description
2K Polyurethane white paint contains the best level of resin, pigments and special additives to give high gloss and matt appearance. It is specialized for furniture, floors, cabinets and wood finishes.
Advantages
High gloss and gloss retention – high abrasion resistance – chemical and mechanical resistance – high hiding power – fast drying.
Application Method
Surface should be clean and free of dust grease and oil.
New wood surfaces must be sealed first by using grit sandpaper number 320 to obtain a smooth surface.
Old varnish surfaces must be sanded using grit sand paper number 1000 before applying polyurethane varnish.
Mixing ratio:
Polyurethane Varnish Hardener Polyurethane thinner
100 50 15
Apply using spray gun nozzle: 1.5 – 1.8 mm.
Apply two coats with flash off – 5 minutes.
Drying Time
Drying Time Surface Dry Complete Dry
At Temperature 25co 2 hrs. 8 hrs.
Coverage Rate
(6 – 8) m2/kg
Shelf Life
Two years from production date if stored in original package at 25Co.

Keep out of reach of children. Don’t use the empty can in food uses.
